I was up before the alarm this morning. I enjoy waking prior to that incessant beeping as long as it is less than 30 minutes prior to normal wakeup. Today it was about 5 minutes prior, so I was up and moving at 0445. However, I noticed the wife was not in the bed with me. I apparently snored her out and she went in the guest room after failing to wake me. Whoops. I am sorry.
Running Buddy and I started off on what we call the “long loop” and cut it short so that we could stop at the track and do quarter mile repeats. Today was not a day to time our repeats. We just added on 2x400m to our normal route, but still ram them hard. Needless to say after less than pleasurable day of kicking yesterday, my legs were very heavy. That half mile sucked, but it felt good to blow out the engine some too. The total run today was 5.2 miles in about 53 minutes. But that included some walking due to the sprints.
Now I have two pleas for help. Someone please explain The Housewives of NYC to me. They are the most annoying, narcissistic, childish, and over all disgusting women I think I have ever seen on TV. How is this popular? And number two—Help me get some more followers. I am feeling lonely. LOL
Tonight is a walk with the wife and then dinner with some friends and back in the pool on Thursday.

I can't explain the Housewives of NYC thing because Lord have mercy those kind of shows don't make sense to me. But I'm a "follower" on google reader. Does that help? :D
I am a follower, but I never leave comments.
I'm a follower, I will try to get better at comments, no promises though...
I agree, those housewives are insane! Your poor wife, get her ear plugs for a gift :)
I don't watch TV...can't help you there.
My suggestion would be to find more blogs that you can comment on post frequently with pictures. maybe?
I follow you through my g-reader but added you as one that I follow too.... : )
Housewives of NYC...never watch it but I am a junkie of Keeping up with the Kardashians which is probably very similar. It is like watching a train wreck.
I'm not allowed to watch TV unless its the Disney Channel, in HD no less.
I'll be your friend if you'll be mine...Bff!
I've always been reading your blog, but now I am OFFICALLY following you. // I don't know how to explain why those shows are so addicting.. they just are. must... stop.. watching... but.. can't.
Hey, I'm following, just not officially.
I hear you. There's something about waking up just before the alarm goes off on your own. I swear it starts the day off better.
Snoring isn't my problem, it's twitching...violent twitching. Instead of being annoying, I scare the shit out of my wife.
I've never seen the Housewives, but if they are even as remotely vapid as those Orange County ones, I'm sure it would cause nausea and vomiting if I had to watch a show. Ridiculous when you think of how some people are struggling these days
